Kaleidoscope Gallery Sevenoaks
An installation in collaboration with the Sevenoaks Museum and Kaleidoscope Gallery Kent .
This installation was a memorial to the artist’s dentist father, and embraced his history from a working class East End schoolboy to being the first recipient of the prestigious Tomes medal – given by the BDA to an eminent dentist for outstanding service to his profession.
It became an investigation into why objects left behind after death become invested with an importance out of all proportion to their previous value.
